We here at Folly Beach DPS truly feel that keeping this island as safe as possible is a team effort, one in which the citizens, visitors, and officers can work together to be most effective. It is our priority to work hand in hand with the citizens and visitors to this beautiful city to ensure that we provide the most effective, efficient, and positive services that we can. We need our community’s help to meet those mission goals. In order to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our community, bridging any gap, and giving folks a point of contact to voice their livability concerns, we have identified Sgt. Brandon Upton as our Community Policing Liaison.
Sgt. Upton can often be found attending community meetings, city events, and is usually available to attend or to schedule one of our friendly officer to attend your functions by scheduling with him at bupton@cityoffollybeach.com or 843-588-7003.
