WHEN AND HOW APPOINTED
Five members elected by City Council. Three year staggered terms. Appointments shall be made no later than June 1 of the year in which the term expires.
Three shall have knowledge of, and expertise in, the operation of sewer and water utilities, one member shall represent the business sector, and one member shall represent the general public.
To make recommendations to City Council on matters relating to the water and sewer utilities.
