City of Folly Beach Strategic Plan
City Council held a strategic planning session on January 24th, 2024 to review progress on the 2023 Strategic Plan items, staff strategic planning items, and Council’s objectives for the upcoming year. The meeting was attended by Council members, the Mayor, the Finance Director, and the City Administrator. Staff members were present for questions and answers regarding the 2023 Plan and staff goals. The meeting was facilitated by MASC staff member Ashley Kellahan. The goals/projects that were identified by Council as priorities for 2024 are linked below. Prior year and other in-progress efforts are also included. Taken together, these items are the priority focus for staff. They inform budget discussions and operational plans
